Green Meadow Furniture New Ownership

As we look ahead to a new season, I wanted to take a moment to write to you personally.

Green Meadow Furniture has always been guided by consistency, care, and close relationships with our customers. That approach continues.

After careful consideration, Green Meadow Furniture has moved into new ownership with Woodpecker Joinery. The brand will remain Green Meadow Furniture, and I will continue to be closely involved in the business for some time, helping Chris Waltho, the new owner, ensuring continuity across everything we do.

My relationship with Chris has been built steadily over many years. Many of you may recognise his established business of Woodpecker Joinery from RHS shows and garden events, where we’ve shared a similar approach - placing customers first, taking care over every detail, and ensuring the experience you receive reflects the same standards you’ve come to expect from Green Meadow Furniture. That shared focus is what made this the right step.

Just as importantly, the garden furniture itself remains unchanged. The collection will continue to be handcrafted in New Zealand by Ethan Furniture, exactly as it always has been, and to the same quality standards that Green Meadow Furniture has always upheld.

For customers, nothing changes in what you can expect from us. This step has been taken carefully and quietly, with continuity very much in mind, allowing Green Meadow Furniture to move into the coming seasons with confidence and reassurance.
