With the arrival of Bank Holiday Weekend bringing beautiful clear blue skies and temperatures exceeding 30°C across much of the UK, the team at Green Meadow Furniture are taking a moment to reflect on a truly remarkable week at the prestigious RHS Chelsea Flower Show 2026.

As the final pieces of display furniture and stand elements return home following another successful year at one of the world’s most celebrated horticultural events, we would like to extend a sincere and heartfelt thank you to everyone who visited the stand throughout the show.

For Green Meadow Furniture, exhibiting at the RHS Chelsea Flower Show is always an honour. The 2026 event proved once again why Chelsea remains the pinnacle of garden design, outdoor living inspiration and craftsmanship, bringing together world-class garden designers, innovative planting schemes and visitors who genuinely appreciate beautiful outdoor spaces.

From Chilly Beginnings to Sunshine-Filled Afternoons

The week began with surprisingly cool temperatures, with visitors, exhibitors and even celebrities commenting on the chilly start to the show. Yet as the days progressed, Chelsea transformed beneath glorious sunshine into the perfect setting for relaxed outdoor living inspiration.

By the end of the week, many visitors were seeking a moment of shade beneath our luxury parasols, taking time to experience our dining collections, and relaxing into our ever-popular recliners, always a favourite when the sunshine arrives at Chelsea.

The atmosphere throughout the w, eek perfectly reflected what outdoor living should be: relaxed, sociable and beautifully considered.

At the heart of the Green Meadow Furniture stand this year was The Ethan Collection by Green Meadow Furniture, our most refined and luxurious hardwood garden furniture collection to date.

Exclusively available through Green Meadow Furniture across the UK and Europe, The Ethan Collection is handcrafted from sustainably sourced New Zealand hardwood by master craftsmen, combining enduring quality with natural elegance and timeless outdoor design.

Throughout the week, visitors explored a variety of beautifully styled outdoor settings, including:

• Large hardwood dining arrangements designed for summer entertaining
• Relaxed lounge settings for terraces and garden rooms
• Intimate bistro tables for morning coffee in the sunshine
• Luxurious recliners and loungers for poolside and patio living

We were incredibly grateful for the thoughtful conversations shared with garden designers, landscapers, stylists and outdoor living enthusiasts who appreciated the tactile timber finishes, soft curves and understated craftsmanship that define the collection.

Many visitors commented on the calm and welcoming atmosphere created on the stand, something we always strive to achieve at Chelsea.

• Harry Holding and Alex Michaelis for The Eden Project: Bring Me Sunshine Garden, recipient of a Silver Gilt Medal and the Environmental Innovation Award.
• Long-time Chelsea favourite Kazuyuki Ishihara alongside Paul Noritaka Tange for the beautifully reflective Tokonoma Garden – Sanumaya no Niwa — a nostalgic Japanese courtyard garden celebrating harmony, family bonds and traditional beauty through the view from a small tea room.

The summer show season continues as Green Meadow Furniture prepares for the RHS Badminton Flower Show 2026 this July.

Set within the beautiful South Gloucestershire countryside, the RHS Badminton Flower Show is a wonderful celebration of summer filled with gardening inspiration, floral displays, expert talks and outdoor living ideas.
